Shut your main water valve if you can find it. Move electronics off the floor. Take a few photos. Then call us — we'll talk you through the rest while a crew is en route. Don't punch holes in the ceiling; let us do that with a moisture meter so the insurer covers the repair.
Will my insurance actually cover this? +
Sudden and accidental damage — burst pipe, fire, storm — almost always is. Slow leaks and "neglect" usually aren't. We document the cause and timeline thoroughly so your claim has the best chance of being approved at full value.
How fast can you really get here? +
