What we collect
If you submit the callback form, we collect the information you type into it: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the town or ZIP code of the property, the type of damage, and any details you add.
We also collect basic technical information automatically: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the site or advert that sent you here. This is standard web traffic data.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, Social Security numbers or medical information through this website.
Why we collect it
Form submissions are used for one thing: to contact you about the restoration work you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
Technical data is used to understand which adverts and pages bring people to the site, so we know where to spend.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed to our claims desk and stored in a log file on our web server so an enquiry cannot be lost if an email fails to deliver.
We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job and for insurance or warranty purposes, and then delete them.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses Google Ads tags. These set cookies that let us measure which adverts lead to a phone call or a form submission, and may allow Google to show you our adverts on other sites.
We record that a phone number was tapped or a form was submitted. We do not record the content of your calls.
You can control advertising cookies through your browser settings and through Google’s own advert settings at adssettings.google.com.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Claims@amdamagesolutions.com or call (848) 200-9008 and we will deal with it.
If you have submitted an enquiry and simply want it removed, say so and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and the enquiry log is stored outside the publicly accessible part of the web server. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not keep more than we need and we do not keep it longer than we need.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
